1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the All-Seal Cleaning Services website (allseal.co.uk) and the booking of our cleaning services. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
All-Seal Cleaning Services is a trading name registered in England and Wales. Registered address: Southampton, Hampshire.
2. Quotes and Pricing
- All quotes are provided free of charge and without obligation.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs materially from what was described at the time of quoting.
- We reserve the right to revise a price upon inspection if conditions are significantly different from those described.
3. Bookings and Cancellations
- Bookings are confirmed by telephone or written confirmation from All-Seal.
- Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rescheduled.
- We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice.
- We may need to reschedule in the event of severe weather or equipment failure; we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Our Services
- All work is carried out by trained, experienced operatives using appropriate equipment and products.
- We are fully insured with public liability cover. Certificates are available on request.
- Results may vary depending on the age, condition, and type of surface being cleaned.
- We cannot guarantee removal of all stains, particularly those caused by permanent dyes, rust, or deep-set contamination.
5. Access and Site Conditions
- You are responsible for ensuring we have safe and suitable access to all areas to be cleaned.
- Please ensure animals and children are kept clear of work areas during the service.
- Any hazards on the property that may affect our team should be disclosed prior to the booking.
- We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to surfaces that becomes more visible after cleaning.
6. Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and major debit/credit cards.
- Late payment may result in interest being charged in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
7. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 48 hours of completion. We will investigate and, where appropriate, return to rectify any issues at no additional charge.

8. Liability
Our liability to you is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the provision of our services, except in cases of negligence or wilful misconduct.
